The WEDI SNIP workgroup on Security and Privacy
developed a "resource document" on policies and procedures. This document
does not provide actual Privacy policy shells, but rather provides guidance
regarding what should be included in certain policies. Depending upon what
type of covered entity you represent, there are some policy manuals that have
been developed and are available for sale.
For example, McDermott, Will and Emery has
developed a Privacy policy manual that supposedly is useful for several
different types of health care organizations. I have included the link
below.
