I work for a large multi service agency. We do one agency newsletter. The newsletter typically includes a list of people who have donated to our foundation and an envelope for the purpose of making a donation. Can we send these to everyone served at our clinic without an authorization? We do have an opt out of receiving the newsletter within the newsletter. Thanks! Mary Petrakos Terranova People Inc.
