In the work we've done with Hospitals and payers, the range has been all
over the board, depending on their position within the hierarchy, geographic
location, size of the organization and of course background. It has run the
gamut from 45K to close to 150K.
Not much help, but I think the question is so wide open that its difficult
to focus the answer.
