I offer my apology. I did not intend to select reply to all. I agree that this is for all of our benefits and not for commercial purposes. I have previously offered my tool kits and other items at no fee and with no restrictions. Again it was not my intention to post on the list serve. The purpose was for information purposes only. I do not offer services in her geographic area.

It was my understanding that this list serve is not to be used for commercial purposes.  It is not fair to the ethical vendors such as ourselves, who honor the intent and also the rules behind this informational medium!

Julie
I have two. One of which is a template for a Policy & Procedure manual outline and requirements. I have a second that is more involved and detailed. I have taken the Privacy, Security and EDI requirements to an excel spreadsheet. This spreadsheet asks several questions and makes a comparison of the responses to the regulations to complete a detailed report of possible discrepancies. All of the regulations are stated, with a summary (Plain English version) and possible solutions based on the excel response. Also based on the response a detailed Policy and Procedure manual is produced. This method is extremely detailed because it contains all HIPAA and P&P requirements and what has been done to attempt to insure compliance.
Long story short 1.) Template for Policy and Procedure manual, 2.) Complete and specific P&P manual for an individual provider. The template (Option 1.and the excel spreadsheets) I will be posting on my web site in a few days. Option 2 is going to be available by the end of the week for less than $750.00 and it includes 8 hours of HIPAA training.

My company is looking to purchase a policy and procedure template. Could anyone with information about vendors who have standard policies and procedures for sale contact me off online at [EMAIL PROTECTED].

Thanks,
Julie Smith
