Yeah, I noticed the same error: it should be either
=dev-libs/glib-2*
or
>=dev-libs/glib-2.0
BTW, portage complains about kluppe-0.6.8 ebuild, too: the group name is missing
from the line which reads
DEPEND=">=jack-audio-connection-kit-0.90
It should be
DEPEND=">=media-sound/jack-audio-connection-kit-0.90
It is very good that portage now does these sanity checks.
