OOPS, I was wrong... the patch is not for rt-sources but nVidia. As I
don't use nVidia drivers, I can't help...
Nothing is done, it would be better you patch your drivers manually.

getting this to be a proper ebuild in the overlay so that nvidia users
don't have to hand edit their ebuilds themselves (and find these
