Removed the obsoleted AlsaPlayer output plugins. They have been moved to attic
in the main repo. They are broken at that time. The wavpack and tta plugins
will be fixed and incorporated later into AlsaPlayer. The mac plugin will
remain an external plugin (unclear license) and will eventualy be fixed later.
