[proaudio] media-plugins/avw-lv2 compile problem

Hi,

To make avw-lv2 0.1.3 compile I had to add the ui USE flag to
media-libs/lvtk. This should probably be added to the avw-lv2 ebuild as an
explicit USE dependency?
