Hi Jerry and thanks for the note. I was begining to think that I was talking to my self and I do plenty of that anyway, grin.
My wife and I had been recording geeks back in the analog days and I have never gotten it out of my blood. Recently some of our kids began playing with Grauge band and now I am ready to record. I do believe that you can teach an old dog new tricks, I think that I will give it a try. It looks like that little interface will be a big help and it looks like I will have plenty of sited help with my kids and now my wife's interest. I am going to be looking for a mixer and some way to EQ. The mixer should have 3 or 4 mike inputs, however I don't know how this interface and a mixer will work together to complament each other. Any tips you can give an old dog will be helpful. And yes, I am planning to record for fun and profit, new and improved, and mail before mid night. Oh well, enough of that.
