I mean the former. Why bother to lock your door when I can just kick it in... Seriously, a designer might "borrow" a picture of yours from your web site, forget where it came from and want to use it/pay you. By the way it will soon be illegal to remove File Info and other copyright infromation from a file. The new EU Copyright directive (can't remember the exact number...) will be implemented next year.
