The power supply on my S1 failed during a shoot, I had the client with me and having walked miles along the North Downs Way to get to the locations I was not carrying a back up camera... Very embarrassing and cost me a day because I had to return to finish the job. To add to that the camera was just out of warrantee. On the plus side Fuji turned it round same day - try getting Nikon to do that! Anthony if I were you I would speak to Fuji again (Colin Riccardo of Fuji is always very helpful and will know who you need to speak to on the technical / service side).
