Many thanks for that and may I take this opportunity to thank everyone for being so polite in their reminders of the Apple key, especially Michael Harvey, Paul Bradforth and Bob Croxford.
Getting used to the different ways of the Mac and OS 9.2 and only being able to run one application at a time is different and it's amazing how something as simple as Apple+C or V, rather than Ctrl +C or V can elude one in the context of working in a dialogue box to copy Joe Bloggs. Not as fast and elegant as the Windows way of just clicking a previous file name, but still I grant you quite workable.
I am finding it quite a mental challenge hopping from keyboard to keyboard, but I am slowly getting the idea<G>
