Ian, A lot of ISPs are now offering scanning of POP mailboxes and this may be the solution and I am sure Norton (in PCs anyway) offers email scanning. The ISP arrangement works well for me (usinf Netscalibur) and not a lot gets through that as Unix-based a/v (at ISP) is far more efficient than any Windows or Mac-based stuff!!!
If 'i4images' is your own domain are you having mail forwarded to a POP address? If so how about changing to an ISP with online scanning for the POP address (which I assume is not used in its own right?)...
