Dear List, Why could it be that whenever I send JPEGS to the lab or clients, they always end up getting two copies and loads of wasted time!!
I am using OE 5.02 on a MAC G4, OS9.1. It seems to start with the encoding process, it encodes twice. I have looked at the settings. Is it because I have Apple Double set (for "any computer"). Should I set it to MIME only or something stupidly simple like that? :-) I look forward to saving clients half their time!
