When I burn a CD under OS X using the Disk Copy utility, and I know that the recipient is on a PC 'must' I select 'MS-DOS File System' for format. The CDs contain JPEGs.
I am currently on 10.2.2, but I am upgrading to 10.2.4 in the next few days. I sent some files of my artwork to a web designer, and I got my CD back in the post a few days ago with the word 'blank!' written on it. I have checked it on my Mac and I can see my files. I have emailed him to tell me what platform and OS he is using but I haven't had a reply yet. I want to send out some more CDs to competitions where I know that they will be using a PC, what measures can I take at my end to 'make sure' that the recipient can open my files. These CDs are being sent to competitions, so I want to make sure that they open without a glitch.
