Dear All, Has anyone else experienced difficulties with Epson's Gray Balancer as supplied as part of the software package with the 2100. I tried installing it yesterday and whilst it installed without any problems it quits as soon as I try to open it. I am working with OSX.2.4. I have previously had to install updated drivers for using the printer with firewire so it may be the case there is an update to be installed. Epson have not provided any leads.
