I was being pessimistic because I can't think of any contemporary fine art
photography or digital artists showing incidental use of copyrighted
material in their work. I can think of a lot of examples from the 70s with
the American Photo-Realists, but not much evidence of it more recently.

If there are any people on the list who are aware of contemporary fine art
photographers/digital artists working in this fashion I would be interested
to see their work. Email me OFF-LIST to [EMAIL PROTECTED], names
will do, as information is easy to find on the internet. Please make sure
you email me OFF-LIST because as I am sure it will be regarded as OFF-TOPIC.
