Do you have a zip disc for both machines or are they on a network?
find a file called "microsoft user data" (just use sherlock).
The open "Identities", then find "main identity". Copy this file on to your
desktop ("apple+D") then either move the file across to the new computer via
the network, or save it to a zip or CD and load it to the new machine or
e-mail it to yoursef.
then on the new machine find "identities" in "microsft user data" and
replace the "main identity" file with the copied file fomr your old
machine.
Presto..No need to fumble about trying to export address books etc...
