Dear All,

Ignore this, it is a hoax. jdbgmgr.exe is part of the Windows operating
system (not a very crucial  part as far as I know, but it must be there for
a reason), so don't delete it. If you want to know more there is plenty of
info on net, just google Teddy Bear Virus and see.
