Afternoon all

A friend of mine is supplying me with a couple of fonts from their Mac for
me to try before I decide to buy. Yes, I will go and buy them if I like
them!

They've supplied me with a CD with a number of fonts which are all zero K in
size - I think they have given me the data fork and not the resource fork. I
think it is the data fork that is stored in the Fonts folders?

Can anyone tell me where you get the actual font from on a Mac - where is
the resource fork stored? I'm afraid I don't know what OS he is on, and
can't get hold of him at the moment so answers for both OS9 and OSX would be
appreciated which I can then e-mail to him.

Before anyone brings up the subject, I have a little piece of software that
will convert from Mac fonts to PC fonts - works very nicely.

Thanks

Duncan Lawson
