I've just come back from S. Sebastian so I know. I couldn't believe that in the local elections, despite the Prestige, the locals voted the PP back in! There seems to be more outrage in Catalunya than el pais basco. BTW if anyone wants an archival black they should get down there. 100 years plus despite chemicals, weathering, sand abrasion... watch out for the clogs though

Everyday the cleaning service take more than 1000 kg of oil in every beach of the Basque country... And seems it will last for years. A really pain.
