As far as I know the Pro-Line is a seperate office reached only from the normal phone number. Just ask for the Pro-Line department. When you have opened an account they will provide a number which you use when ordering. They sometimes send me information on film prices and camera deals but there is no note of a website.
I seem to remember that the trade price of my Xpan body and normal lens was about �230 cheaper than the shop price even when VAT was taken into account.
