The FTP thingy would be great for a news reporter though, wouldn't it?
It's aimed purely at news and sport hence the fast burst rate and huge buffer. If you look at what it's replacing I think that only had just over 2 megapixels!
The D2X is the one that apparently will have 8 megapixels - but then numbers aren't everything are they? :-)
