Obviously not a view I would share... :-)) If it helps them take pictures that meet their needs, then fine. If it helps them appreciate the results of getting a -good- photographer to do the job properly, then fine. It's good to know from the off-list responses I had, that quite a few people do enjoy passing on their skills and passion for the subject to others. If that trims some potential work then so be it...
