Stuart, I have been using Realviz Stitcher to join many shots together and it works a treat. In contrast to Derek Cooper's suggestion, this is the one for multiple shots, and will work out all the lens distortion etc and copes even when a tripod is not at hand. http://www.realviz.com/products/st/index.php
