Good afternoon, A LACIE external Hard Drive (500GB)(System Windows XP)shows up as a drive but I can not see any information. Under Disk Management I can see the disc as healthy (Active).
The file system was NTFS but now shows up as RAW. Clicking the drive reads "The file or Directory is corrupted and unreadable" The "chkdsk /[driveletter/] does nort work because the computer things that the disc is not formatted. Does anyone know a solution? (Not reformat, all my settings from my older computer including e-mails are on that drive...)
