There was a thread here recently (started by Jackie of Savilles), about the
cost of going digital for serious architectural photography.

There are a very few contributors to this forum who admit to owning and
using serious professional digital equipment (with movements) for serious
work for serious clients, who would have previously insisted on LF: is this
the sort of professional digital photography in which you are interested?

If there are more of you, please raise your head above the parapet.

My son is a web programmer and he has a web host computer I bought him, so I
have thought of starting a forum for serious professional digital
photography.

I attended a regional meeting of the BIPP the other day.
The speaker was an award winning Industrial photographer... it was a Nikon
award, but Nikon make LF lenses.
It seemed that there were few if any more serious photographers there than
there are in a good amateur club.
