Try Library>Colorsync folder>Profiles
then from Photoshop File>Print with preview, tick Show more options there's a box marked Output which has a drop down menu, select Color Management. In the Print Space: Profile has a drop down menu which is where your profile should be selected.
When you click Print a further dialogue box has Copies& Pages with a drop down menu. From this menu Print Settings is where you select paper type and Advanced settings as per your profile. Also from this menu Color Management is where you set No Color Adjustments. Then back to Copies & Pages to print!
