My OSX compliant software came free with guess? My OSX software! One is called IE and the other is called Mail. What you may mean is a disk that automatically sets the numbers for you. When I was getting pissed off with AOL I was surprised that Tesco.net was the only reasonably priced provider with Mac OSX setup disks and a Mac help Line.
You can get Fetch for $25 for sending files via FTP. There is a OSX version and you can gang batch files on a DP machine.
Hope this helps.

Probably cutting off my nose to spite my face in refusing to be further ripped off but does anyone out there know of a supplier who can provide OSX compliant software for accessing the internet at monthly fixed charges.
