Are you perhaps using the cup's driver as opposed to the regular quickdraw (quartz) driver? In cups there isn't any "no color adjustment", in the regular Epson driver there is one... I can't remember exactly but my colleague mentioned something about pressing the alt key when adding the printer?!?
