Craig, I have used a 7600 (with standard carts) since last july and you are right - the quality is absolutely stunning.
A possible word of caution re using larger carts. Before the 7600, I had a 7500 and did put 220ml carts in that machine. >From working perfectly beforehand, I suddenly had what appeared to be a shift in ink flow and all my settings went 'to pot'. I have, therefore, not dared to try and use 220 ml carts in the 7600. The ink flow issue may be completely unrelated to the larger carts it just happened shortly after installing them. In reality, ink useage is so low (I use a couple of carts a month), that the potential savings are just not worth the risk.
