I'm working on a complex retouch, and need to simulate 'true' camera blur, circles of confusion, blooming etc, rather than use a gaussian blur. I've done this before by taking the image into After Effects, where I can make use of the camera blur filter available in Image Lounge. This works fine, but I'd like to know if a similar filter is available for Photoshop, which would make life easier.
