Bloody, friggin hell...Is it that hard to pull down a menu and see what is
and what is not ticked? Anyway, isn't view a French word?...As in Dja Vu?
<g>

Personally, I would go over there and have a look over their shoulder -
write the trip down to expenses and take a few more pics and stock up for
Xmas with duty free....<g>

Normally, I say "normally," Working CMYK is ticked in Proof Setup unless
someone has been using it to proof a printer or another monitor - as
suspected, it sounds like they have been viewing your images in their
monitor color space and not Adobe RGB (1998). But you cannot be sure...ask
them to send a screenshot of the view menu! <g>

Only if they have Proof Colors ticked in the View menu. If I was a betting
man...the fact that they have their monitor profile in Proof Setup makes me
think the odds are good...Do you have your monitor profile in Proof
Setup?...Having said that, they may have a legitimate reason for including
the profile in Proof Setup.

You could ask them to send you their "Monitor 1" profile (if they know where
it is - doing a search should unearth it). You could then setup Proof Setup
so that their profile appears in the menu, select it (it should be when you
exit the Custom dialog box), tick Proof Colors and, hopefully, you will see
what they are seeing: something blue and overexposed! <g>

Send them a ticket to Thomas and Neil's forthcoming seminar?...<g>
Alternatively, send them a Webcam and ask them to point it at the screen...

HTH.

Mellow regards,
