Before Photoshop CS I converted to 8 bit and used Panorama Tools. Now I'd
prefer to work in 16 bit and Panorama Tools won't. I use Windows XP.

Lensdoc from Andromeda Software is very good, but I have no idea whether it works in 16-bit, but they do say it works with Photoshop CS, so the chances are good.
