Dear List, Apologies in advance if this is OT ...
does anyone have any recommendations for someone who can help a friend out in Los Angeles who has v.little knowledge(almost none) of Mac? He's got a G4 and it was all working fine on Jaguar 10-2-8. Then he bought 10-3(Panther) and latest Microsoft Word and since installing he has had problems printing on his epson 1270 and he can't find stuff he could before!He's a bit distraught after a few weeks of this.. Maybe someone has a suggestion could even be a Mac savvy assistant(he has a great flexible shooting space -I'm sure he'd be amenable to an exchange) ...he just needs it sorted out so he can return to sanity ! Any suggestions off-list please.
