I think I've been in the same boat and recently purchased The lighting Cookbook by Jenni Bidner and the Secrets of Lighting on Location by Bob Krist from Amazon. Both are excellent recent publications and therefore make reference to the suitability of certain lights to digital equipment......Hah, I got it on topic!!!!
