Hello all, Hope someone can help with this problem. I�m using a G4 Mac (1.25GH / 768mb Ram) OS10.3.2. My problem started when trying to print files from Excel (Office X fully updated)(Epson C84 USB). The scale of the printed documents was in excess of 2000 percent printing only a few characters per page! I have tried changing the settings in �page set up� but what ever I try to change I get the error message �margins do not fit page size� and I�m unable to change any settings. In other programs I have had a similar problem but have been able to change the scale setting back to 100 percent. I have re installed Excel and the problem still occurs, so I turned my attention to the �Printer Setup Utility� I deleted the C84 printer and then re installed the printer driver but now when I try to add a printer I get the spinning disk for about 20 seconds this changes back to the pointer and that�s it, it wont allow me to add the printer. I�m really stuck know, can I do a custom install of the printer utility from my Panther disks? Or do I have a conflict with other software? Any ideas are most welcome.
