I use iView MediaPro 2. http://www.iview-multimedia.com Just drag and drop card onto icon, select all, pick a name & starting number, maybe a prefix & suffix if you like, then copy to whatever folder you like. Also allows batch captioning & is eminently Apple scriptable.
