I am having a right ding-dong with Nikon about a repair to my D100. The long
and short of it is that they cannot tell me when the part it needs will be
with them and that they will not use a part out of a D100 they have lying
around (even this was my suggestion). Bottom line is that I feel Nikon are
doing nothing for their customer as I am in the same position as I was three
weeks ago.

Can anyone please tell me (OFF LIST PLEASE) the name of James Lindsey's
manager, and if possible the manager's managers name.
