Has any one out there made the change from PC to Mac and managed to move all the address book and E-mail information from Outlook to any of the equivalent Mac packages. If so which programs and how?

I use both platforms. Just network them together. Then use the windows machine for communications and business stuff, and the mac for imaging stuff it's good at. Some imaging stuff is actually easier/faster in windows so you can always do it there and then drag it over.
Know both makes you more valuable to your clients, just like speaking a second language (which in a way, it is).
