Dear List, Apologies that this subject has been covered before, but at this point, I am not in a position to trawl the archives� So craving the list mums approval, as this is (I think) on topic.
We are in the position that we have around 800 (resized, � watermarked, mode changed) jpegs that we would normally deliver to a wedding client as a PowerPoint file on cd (complete with pc and Mac .ppt viewing programs). But .ppt is now changing all the file names to slide 001, 002�etc. This means that when they come to order, the file names aint workin!� Can some one / people suggest a tried and tested app that we can use to: Order the images, using something like a contact sheet / light box Generate a slide show Print out contact sheets in the same order as the slide show And still refer to our original file names. Mainly using Win 2k, XP pro, PS7, shooting from (raw file S2), mixed with film scans (tif�s). Any responses, either on or off list will be greatly appreciated.
