OK, here's a question for those shooting digital with studio strobes.

If you have to "plug-in" to your "high-voltage" studio strobes, what's the best
way to ensure that you don't fry your camera?

What's the safest, yet most economical way to go?
I have plugged straight into Elincroms with my D100s with no problems but Pocket wizards or similar are deemed essential on my Ixpress 96C. They work on D100s aswell and losing the sync cable is worth the price of admission anyway. Flash centre make up special Elincrom to Pocket Wizard cables otherwise you're still stuck with a sync cable!
