I too have have roller marks when using a 2100 with CIS/Lyson Pro Photo Gloss. How do you raise the rollers - there are white plastic roller holders on either side which I assume can be moved but how? (I hope one doesn't need a degree in mechanical engineering because I haven't got one!)
I'd welcome any guidance you can give.
