If they don't, then the problem is with the installation (probably something corrupted or is conflicting).

Many thanks for the reply. I tried both suggestions, to no avail.
Before I start on tech support, this is an upgrade from V6 which is still installed on the machine. Might it be worth trying a "cleaner" clean install of CS with V6 removed?
