You are a lucky chap then! As I have said before here, we sent him a little used Epson 5000 Pro due to a head blockage some time ago ....charged far more than he had first said and it was worse than before and came back full of those nasty plastic packaging balls.
After months of waiting and asking he finally agreed to refund the charge for the repair, but did it by flogging the printer on Ebay or similar. Bang went a good printer valued at about �800. Others have had poor luck also. In the circumstances I cannot recommend him!!
