Excellent screen zoom facility...I think x13 or x15...image appears on screen instantly...improved menu navigability...some minor changes in ergonomics as to which button does what such as selecting zoom area using both command wheels for UP/DOWN and LEFT/RIGHT. All in all I'm impressed. Now to image quality. As I said...we were unable to evaluate RAW quality due to lack of software. However subjective results from large .jpg shot on 1Ds Mk.2 against RAW shot in 1Ds Mk.1 and processed in C1 show a very significant improvement in quality...sharper... better colour saturation. Both shot under identical conditions...same lens...same exposure. Obviously ultimate image quality and work-flow are dependant on either Canon's software or the likelihood of Phase One writing a plug in for the new file format (care to comment Ulf?) but it does look impressive. Time to flog more of the family silver...
