I've been trying to calibrate Adobe Camera Raw as per these instructions <http://www.creativepro.com/story/feature/21351.html>
but can't get the result I'm expecting. I wonder if the Macbeth Color Checker I "acquired" a few years ago has faded, or if the colours might have shifted over time. It's always been kept in its original package, never in bright light. I'm embarrassed to report I just saw that it says on the reverse, "March 1977 Edition". I haven't had it that long but I believe it was new in the eighties... As to the above calibration instructions, it's suggested that after getting the white/black points and contrast sorted you adjust the saturation so the green values match the reference. At this point I have an almost monochrome image. -- David Gordon Glasgow 0141 423 9800 Mobile 0777 925 7750 <http://davidgordon.co.uk/> =============================================================== GO TO http://www.prodig.org for ~ GUIDELINES ~ un/SUBSCRIBING ~ ITEMS for SALE
