Many many thanks to all for the quick response to my trashed files 
problem. I have yet to try anything - scary stuff ey?! - but will 
report back on what happens. Meanwhile just wanted to say how 
reassuring it is to have you all out there, when you could be in the 
pub quaffing your ink cartridges <G>
