From a photographer's POV, what would be ideal is to have the choice of
deleting both the Camera Data and the Camera Raw data without having to
resort to actions. For example, if you could select the files and then from
the contextual menu choose: Remove Metadata and then be presented with a
dialog that lets you choose which data you would like to remove.

Lets hope Adobe are listening, CS gently steered PS in the direction of digital photographers (especially with the improvements to the file browser), but the lack of any built-in method of removing confidential data was a serious omission for professional users.

I personally do NOT want to send the camera data or the Camera Raw data to
anyone. However, I do want to save it with my working files and my archived
files.

Personally, I'd be happy to leave capture data in the archived RAW file - always there if you really need it. Why not another tab in ACR, with tick boxes for the different types of data? Then you can forget about having to strip it before sending to a client. (Obviously as an alternative to options in the FB, which must be a PS9 feature <g>).
