Jonathan, When you say they crack when stretching on a frame, are you referring to the canvas, the sealer or what?
We print and have stretched onto frames successfully Canvas from Colorspan. We coat first with a UV protector from Bulldog. Is this what you want, if so, the canvas comes in 36" rolls only (or possibly larger), but there is bound to be an equivelant somewhere. I know that many of my colleagues use Fredrix canvasses, which would have been stretched, I'm sure.
